Alpha-linolenic acid

Alpha-linolenic acid is a triple unsaturated fatty acid that our body cannot synthesize itself. For this reason, it must be supplied in sufficient quantities with food. Alpha-linolenic acid acts against coronary heart disease, regulates blood pressure, influences cholesterol metabolism and has anti-inflammatory effects.
